How to Become a PlanEnroll Network Agent

Follow the simple steps below to access exclusive leads and serve even more clients this AEP!

1. Complete the PlanEnroll Network Agent Training
2. Log in to LeadCENTER and create your PlanEnroll Realtime Campaign.
3. Log in to MedicareCENTER and toggle the I’m Available button on to receive real-time calls or data leads.

PlanEnroll Campaigns

To create a PlanEnroll campaign, visit LeadCENTER and click Create Campaign. You will then be able to name your campaign and select your type of campaign (call or data), product (health or life), and lead type (varies). Agents who have not completed the PlanEnroll Network Agent Training will not be able to set up a PlanEnroll Realtime Call Campaign.

Once you create a campaign, you can toggle I’m Available whenever you’re ready to receive call leads. These leads are exclusive and will not be resold to other agents.

PlanEnroll Real-Time Call & Data Leads

The PlanEnroll call leads are just like they sound. Posted in real time, these live call leads will go directly to agents whenever a consumer calls the PlanEnroll number. You can choose to either get PlanEnroll SilverSneakers or generic leads. To unlock the SilverSneakers leads, complete the specific training to ensure your knowledge of the SilverSneakers program and its value to consumers. These calls will be compliantly recorded and available in your MedicareCENTER dashboard call section.

Data leads are also available, for final expense only, when you set up a PlanEnroll Real-Time Data campaign.

You can also view your leads in MedicareCENTER, and use tags like new, contacted, engaged, and retained to filter your clients based on status. When you click on a lead, you can then see how many times you made contact with them, if you added prescriptions or providers, and plans shared.
