Ready to Prospect?
Prospecting is all about converting cold contacts into warm leads, and I know prefacing anything thing in the sales world with cold is enough to make many agents cringe, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The most important thing to understand is that prospecting is going to look different for you than anyone else. It’s all about what works best for you and your unique situation.
That being said, though, there are three considerations, no matter what strategies you end up going with. One, business cards. You never know when opportunity is going to strike. So be ready when it does with professionally made business cards.
Two, what about a website to put on those brand-new business cards? We’ve talked before about the importance of agents having a website. Whether it’s a social media page or your own website, having some form of online presence is crucial. It’s where you’ll send potential clients to learn more about you and your services.
Three, get organized and stay organized. When you’re working with your contacts, you’ll need to keep track of where they’re at in your sales pipeline and what action comes next.
