What Does an FMO Do for Insurance Agents?
Working with an FMO provides independent insurance agents with support, tools, and services that they can’t access on their own. And that’s the biggest thing I want to stress here. Just because you’re in business for yourself, doesn’t mean that every aspect of that business is on you. A field marketing organization should be able to take a good portion of that work off of your shoulders.
Here at Ritter, we do that by starting with sales support. We can help agents wherever they’re at in their insurance career — just getting started or experienced and looking to offer a new product. We’ll help you figure out your market and your portfolio.

Our Medicare Quote Engine allows agents to run quotes for plans for their clients prior to meetings. Agents can also offer compliant online enrollment through Integrity and Ritter’s PlanEnroll platform, which provides you with a free consumer-facing website. We’ve also created an agent dashboard, the Ritter Platform, that allows agents to stay updated on their contracting status, commission payouts, and more.
